Email SupportOpen MediaShrink Pro, select the file you want to shrink, choose your target size or quality level, then tap Compress. The optimized file is saved to your device automatically.
MediaShrink Pro supports common video formats (MP4, MOV).
Try force-closing and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
There is a small quality trade-off depending on the compression level you choose. Higher compression means smaller file size but slightly lower quality.
